At Little Legends Photography, the privacy and safety of the children and families we photograph are extremely important to us. We are committed to handling all photographs and personal information with care and respect.
Photographs taken by Little Legends Photography are used primarily for the purpose of creating and fulfilling individual portrait orders for families. Images are stored in secure, password-protected online galleries and are made available only to the families and organizations associated with each photography session.
We do not sell, rent, or share children’s photographs or personal information with outside companies for marketing purposes.
Image Use & Marketing
From time to time, Little Legends Photography may wish to feature select photographs in our website, social media, printed materials, sample products, or other Little Legends promotional materials. We will honor all school, childcare center, and parent/guardian policies regarding the use of children’s images.
When specific permission is required, a child’s photograph will not be used for public marketing or promotional purposes without the appropriate authorization.
